How will we collectively care for and maintain our shared space?

An existing private golf course in Beverly Hills is transformed into a laboratory for experimental housing typologies aimed at affordability and collective. This project explores shared ownership and collective care within a co-dividual setting by embracing the repetitive nature of domestic maintenance and centering it as a social experience. The additional collective program of this project - a cooperative daycare - is open to families in neighboring projects and aims to expand the network of collaborative domestic work.
